102nd anniversary of the Battle near Dytiatyn
This year's Dytiatyn commemorations, held on September 17, 2022, were exceptional. In the shadow of the war that began in Ukraine on February 24, the ceremonies took place without the participation of Polish guests and began with a Mass at the Dytiatyn War Cemetery.

101st Anniversary battles
The ceremonies in Dytiatyn began with Mass at the Military Cemetery at 12:00 noon, in the presence of the Polish Army and numerous invited guests. The Eucharist was presided over by Father Stanisław Kawa, Custodian of the Custody of the Holy Cross.
Polish Thermopylae Dytiatin
Dytiatyn – memory that unites. The Brother Sun Foundation invites you to a ceremony on September 18th in Dytiatyn, commemorating important events in Poland. At the same time, the National Bank of Poland is introducing a commemorative coin: "Polish Thermopylae – Dytiatyn."
